The Lumen Curriculum

A Catholic Liturgical Year of Learning

The Lumen Curriculum

The whole story of the world, told chronologically — with the Catholic faith, the great art and music, and the lives of the saints unfolding inside it. 32 weeks x 4 days x 60 minutes, walking from Sumer to the present.

Two parallel chronological threads: World History as the Day-1 spine (Sumer to present), and a standalone fact-forward US History thread on Day 2 across all 32 weeks (pre-Columbian to present).. Catechism follows YOUCAT (Youth Catechism of the Catholic Church), with CCC cross-references.
